Adopts the Dentist and Dental Hygienist Compact in New Jersey. This compact authorizes dentists and dental hygienists licensed in a participating state to practice in any other compact state without being individually licensed in that other state. The compact is overseen by a commission comprising one commissioner appointed from each member state. The commission will establish rules and procedures for enforcing compliance with a compact privilege.
