Allows the Greater Concord Chamber of Commerce to maintain an advertising device promoting downtown Concord events and destinations.

The bill amends RSA 236:74, IV to allow the Greater Concord Chamber of Commerce or its successor organization to maintain an advertising device near Exit 12 North on Interstate 93. This device can promote nonprofit events and places of interest in downtown Concord. It must comply with city zoning standards, be internally lit, and allow for message changes up to four times in 24 hours. The device can display events within Concord's downtown area between exits 13 and 15 of Interstate 93.
