New Hampshire HB323 requires voters to present a government-issued photo ID to vote. Acceptable forms of identification include driver's licenses, nondriver's identification cards, U.S. armed services IDs, U.S. passports, and student IDs from accredited institutions. Voter IDs must show the voter's name and photograph, and must not be expired by more than five years. Voters aged 65 and older may use IDs without regard to expiration date.
