Amends Nevada Constitution to change election process for unopposed incumbent justices and judges.

This bill proposes to amend the Nevada Constitution to change the election process for incumbent justices and judges who are unopposed. If an incumbent justice or judge is not opposed by another candidate, the ballot must offer voters only the choice to "Retain" or "Not Retain" the incumbent. If more votes are cast against retaining the incumbent, no person is declared elected, and the office must be filled in accordance with the provisions of the Nevada Constitution. The changes apply to the Nevada Supreme Court, Court of Appeals, and district courts.
