Nevada SCR3 directs the Joint Interim Standing Committee on the Judiciary to conduct an interim study concerning human trafficking. The study will examine current legal and systemic processes, programs, services, and needs of victims, as well as the resources and policy needs of stakeholders. It will also review data collection and reporting status, and the Account for Victims of Human Trafficking. The Committee will submit a report with recommendations to the Legislative Counsel Bureau for the 84th Session of the Nevada Legislature.
