Exempts Nevada from federal daylight saving time requirements.
Exempts the State of Nevada from federal provisions requiring the observance of daylight saving time. Nevada would remain on Pacific Standard Time throughout the entire year. The change would apply to the state and all its political subdivisions. This act becomes effective on July 1, 2025.
