Eliminates the Account for the Regulation and Supervision of Captive Insurers in the Fund for Insurance Administration and Enforcement.

This bill eliminates the Account for the Regulation and Supervision of Captive Insurers in the Fund for Insurance Administration and Enforcement. It requires fees, assessments, and taxes from captive insurers to be credited to the Fund instead, allowing them to be used for any purpose authorized by law. Any remaining balance in the Account as of July 1, 2025, will remain in the Fund and can also be used for any authorized purpose.
