AN ACT relating to landlords; requiring the Housing Division of the Department of Business and Industry to establish a registry of landlords and a mechanism for a tenant to file a complaint concerning a landlord; requiring a landlord of a dwelling unit that does not satisfy certain requirements for essential items or services to provide a tenant certain alternative accommodations under certain circumstances; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.
