Nevada SB412 repeals the excise tax on banks for maintaining additional branch offices in the state. The bill eliminates the $1,750 tax imposed on each bank for each branch office in excess of one branch office per county on the first day of each calendar quarter. The repeal takes effect on July 1, 2029.
