SB409 revises Nevada law to expand immunity for those reporting or investigating child abuse or neglect.

SB409 amends Nevada law to expand the list of actions for which individuals are granted immunity from civil or criminal liability when reporting or investigating suspected child abuse or neglect. The immunity now includes reviewing or providing consultation or a medical opinion concerning photographs, x-rays, and other medical tests taken during an investigation.
