This immunity applies to acts or omissions that impacted the provision of educational services during the spring semester of 2020, provided they were reasonably related to public health and safety and performed in good faith. The immunity applies retroactively to actions commenced on or after March 12, 2020, and expires by limitation on June 30, 2030.
