Extends the termination date for certain redevelopment plans in Nevada.
This bill revises the termination dates for redevelopment plans in Nevada. It extends the termination date for redevelopment plans adopted by cities with populations of 150,000 or more in counties with populations between 100,000 and 700,000 to 50 years. It also extends the termination date for redevelopment plans in areas with abandoned mines or hazardous contaminants to 45 years. The changes apply to plans adopted on or after January 1, 1991.
