Nevada SB400A revises provisions relating to homelessness by modifying the duties of reinvestment advisory committees and establishing a Fiscal.

Nevada SB400A amends the duties of reinvestment advisory committees to focus on the reinvestment of funds by Medicaid managed care organizations to address homelessness and provide sustainable medication and prescription services, alcohol or drug intervention or rehabilitation services, and emergency and supportive housing. The bill also establishes a Fiscal Advisory Committee for a Flexible Continuum of Care Plan, which will receive grants to fund these services.
