SB370 amends Nevada law to establish an expedited process for issuing a new certificate of title for manufactured homes, mobile homes, or commercial coaches when the original certificate is unavailable. The Division of Manufactured Housing must either issue a new certificate of title or deny the application within 45 days of receiving the application and completing an inspection. If the application is denied, the Division must provide written notification of the denial and the reasons within 10 days.
