This bill revises provisions relating to hemp. It sets the maximum THC concentration for hemp at 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis, as measured using post-decarboxylation or another similarly reliable testing method. It removes the authority of the Department of Agriculture to establish the maximum THC concentration for hemp. It defines "hemp" to mean any plant of the genus Cannabis sativa L.
