Nevada SB324 establishes prohibitions on selling, offering for sale, or distributing water in disposable plastic bottles with a capacity of not more than 4 liters in communities bordering the Lake Tahoe Watershed. The State Environmental Commission may adopt regulations to enforce this prohibition. The Attorney General is responsible for enforcing the provisions and may adopt regulations to carry out the provisions. Violations are considered misdemeanors.
