Amends provisions relating to the issuance of provisional licenses as a psychological assistant, psychological intern or psychological trainee. Reduces fees for the issuance of provisional licenses as a psychological intern or psychological trainee. Provides that a provisional license as a psychological assistant, psychological intern or psychological trainee expires 1 year after issuance, rather than 2 years after issuance, unless the provisional license is renewed.
