Nevada SB230 amends regulations for emissions testing of motor vehicles. In counties with a population of 100,000 or more, the State Environmental Commission must adopt regulations for emissions control, including biennial inspections after the fourth vehicle registration. For smaller counties, the Commission can establish a fleet station program for vehicle owners or lessees of three or more vehicles.
