SB210 revises provisions relating to fees collected by constables and sheriffs for certain services in Nevada. The bill increases the fees for serving a summons or any other process in civil cases, serving a writ of possession or restitution, and drawing and executing every sheriff's deed. It also increases the fee for summoning a jury before a justice of the peace for constables. Constables and sheriffs must account for and pay to the county treasurer all fees collected on or before the fifth working day of each month.
