Nevada SB207 requires the Department of Health and Human Services to establish a program of all-inclusive care for the elderly.

Nevada SB207 amends the Nevada Revised Statutes to require the Department of Health and Human Services to establish and administer a program of all-inclusive care for the elderly, commonly known as a PACE program. This program must comply with federal regulations and can be established in any county in the state. The bill also requires the Community Advocate to provide assistance related to the PACE program, including coordination of resources and services for aging persons. The provisions of the bill become effective upon passage and approval and on January 1, 2026, for all other purposes.
