Nevada SB203 amends Chapter 464 of the Nevada Revised Statutes to provide immunity from civil liability for the State of Nevada, the Nevada Gaming Commission, the Nevada Gaming Control Board, the Off-Track Pari-Mutuel Wagering Committee, and their members, employees, attorneys, and other personnel. This immunity applies to decisions or actions taken in good faith and without malicious intent in carrying out the provisions of law relating to the pari-mutuel system of wagering.
