Authorizes reimbursement of certain costs for smaller Nevada counties from the State General Fund for activities subject to the excise tax on live.

This bill allows certain smaller Nevada counties to seek reimbursement from the State General Fund for costs incurred related to activities subject to the excise tax on live entertainment. Specifically, if a tax-exempt organization or nonprofit corporation provides an activity in a county with a population under 9,000 and the number of tickets offered for sale or other distribution is 15,000 or more, the county's board of commissioners can apply for reimbursement.
