This bill revises provisions relating to public health in Nevada. It mandates that health insurers offering prescription drug coverage must include coverage for testosterone replacement therapy for menopausal women and any type of hormone replacement therapy lawfully prescribed and FDA-approved. It prohibits insurers from imposing higher deductibles, copayments, or waiting periods for hormone replacement therapy. The bill also restricts noncompetition covenants for employees, ensuring they do not unreasonably limit post-employment activities.
