Nevada SB184 prohibits the use of latex gloves and other latex implements in certain health care and food service settings.

Nevada SB184 amends existing law to prohibit the use of latex gloves and other latex implements in certain health care and food service settings. The bill requires medical facilities, facilities for the dependent, and certain other health facilities to ensure that employees, contractors, and volunteers do not use latex gloves or other latex implements at the facility. It also prohibits providers of health care from using latex gloves or other latex implements at any facility or other location where they provide health care services.
