Revises insurance requirements for Nevada motor carriers.

Revises provisions relating to motor carriers in Nevada. Requires fully regulated carriers authorized to transport only freight to file a liability insurance policy or bond with the Nevada Transportation Authority. Requires other common and contract motor carriers and private carriers to file a liability insurance policy or bond with the Department of Motor Vehicles. The amount of insurance or bond must be deemed necessary by the respective authority to protect the public. The act becomes effective upon passage for some provisions and on October 1, 2025, for others.
