Increases annual meetings between state agencies and minority groups to address diversity and inclusion.

Increases the number of annual meetings between diversity and inclusion liaisons and representatives of various minority groups from one to three. Requires the Office of Minority Health and Equity, the Nevada Commission on Minority Affairs, and the Office for New Americans to collaborate on these meetings. The meetings aim to address mutual concerns, increase service accessibility and inclusivity, eliminate systemic racism, and ensure minority groups can access state programs and services. The bill also mandates a report on the findings and recommendations from these meetings.
