Amends Nevada Constitution to subject legislative redistricting to open meetings and public records laws.

This bill revises the Nevada Constitution to ensure that when establishing or revising the boundaries of any legislative district, the Legislature and its members must adhere to the same provisions of law that apply to open meetings of public bodies and the inspection and copying of public books and records as any other governmental entity. This amendment aims to increase transparency and accountability in the redistricting process.
