The Nevada ACR4 resolution grants administrative leave to legislative employees in recognition of their service to the 83rd Session of the Nevada Legislature. It provides five days of administrative leave to permanent employees of the Legislature and Legislative Counsel Bureau who are employed on the last day of the session. Additionally, temporary employees who are employed on the last day of the session and remain if requested by their supervisor are also eligible for the leave.
