Nevada AB95 allocates $2.5 million from the State General Fund to the Nevada Test Site Historical Foundation for enhancing exhibits and making improvements at the National Atomic Testing Museum in Las Vegas. The funds must be spent by June 30, 2027, and any remaining balance must be returned to the State General Fund by September 17, 2027. The Foundation is required to submit reports to the Interim Finance Committee and make records available for audits by the Legislative Auditor.
