Nevada AB92 amends election provisions by reinstating the requirement for public buildings to provide rooms or spaces to state or county central committees of major political parties without charge. This applies during presidential election years for any purpose and during other years for conducting precinct meetings. The bill also allows for a charge during non-presidential election years for purposes other than precinct meetings, but the rate must not exceed that charged to other groups. This act becomes effective on July 1, 2025.
