Revises provisions relating to the Department of Taxation. (BDR 32-1131)

AN ACT relating to taxation; requiring the Department of Taxation to develop and operate with financial institutions a system for matching data for the collection of certain debts owed to the State; authorizing the Department to disclose certain confidential information to certain financial institutions for certain purposes; revising certain provisions relating to certain information held by financial institutions; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.
