Extends the reversion date for certain appropriations made to the Nevada Gaming Control Board and the Interim Finance Committee.

The bill extends the date of reversion for specific appropriations made by the 82nd Session of the Nevada Legislature to the Nevada Gaming Control Board and the Interim Finance Committee. These funds were allocated for the continuation of the replacement of the Board’s information technology system and for computer hardware, software, subscriptions, licenses, equipment, and related employee training. Originally, the appropriations were required to revert to the State General Fund by September 19, 2025. This bill extends the reversion date to September 18, 2026.
