Nevada AB526 directs the Department of Motor Vehicles to stop using electronic systems for scheduling appointments for document preparation services.

Nevada AB526 mandates that the Department of Motor Vehicles immediately stop using any electronic systems for scheduling or granting appointments to document preparation services. This applies to systems that deny or limit a service's ability to schedule appointments based on when they started transactions with the Department or grant certain services more favorable access without misconduct. The bill becomes effective upon passage and approval.
