Nevada AB484 amends the data collection process for health care providers renewing their licenses. The bill requires the Director of the Department of Health and Human Services to collect additional information from applicants, including their sex, any other jurisdictions where they hold similar licenses, whether they utilize telehealth, and the types of patients they serve. The database will also include the applicant's race and ethnicity, primary language, specialty area, and planned major changes to their practice.
