Nevada AB466 revises notice requirements for insurers issuing portable electronics insurance policies. Insurers must provide written notice to policyholders and enrolled customers at least 30 days before policy termination or changes. The insurer must also notify customers if coverage continues despite the exhaustion of the aggregate limit of liability. Vendors or other policyholders must not terminate the policy unless the insurer provides notice to enrolled customers at least 30 days before the effective date of termination.
