Nevada AB429 revises provisions relating to conservation easements, allowing their creation, modification, and termination in the same manner as.

Nevada AB429 amends existing law to allow any person, including state or local governments, to create, convey, record, assign, release, modify, terminate, or alter conservation easements in the same manner as other easements. The easements are unlimited in duration unless specified otherwise in the creating instrument or ordered by a court. The easements do not impair existing property interests unless the owner consents.
