Nevada AB422 amends existing law to provide volunteer members of the Nevada Wing of the Civil Air Patrol with leave from their employment without loss of position, seniority, accrued leave, or benefits. This leave applies to training for emergency missions, not exceeding 10 workdays per federal fiscal year, and responding to emergency missions, not exceeding 30 workdays per federal fiscal year.
