Nevada AB41 revises provisions relating to the state militia, increasing the number of Assistant Adjutants General to three.

Nevada AB41 amends the state militia provisions by increasing the number of Assistant Adjutants General that the Adjutant General may appoint from two to three. The Adjutant General can now appoint one Assistant Adjutant General from the Nevada Army National Guard, one from the Nevada Air National Guard, and one from either the Nevada Army National Guard or the Nevada Air National Guard to serve as the State Assistant Adjutant General. The State Assistant Adjutant General is in the unclassified service of the State and cannot hold any other city, county, state, or federal office of profit.
