AB391

Revises provisions governing annual reports of accountability of public schools. (BDR 34-1074)

Failed·6/3/25

Nevada AB391 revises annual accountability reports for public schools to include specific pupil achievement data.

Nevada AB391 amends the requirements for annual accountability reports of public schools. These reports must now include information on pupil achievement among pupils with at least 10 absences in a school year and those who received instruction by someone other than a licensed teacher for at least four consecutive weeks. The data must be reported separately by gender and for groups identified in the statewide accountability system. The bill also mandates that the reports compare the results of pupils in the school district with those of pupils throughout the state.
