Nevada AB383A, known as the Right to Reproductive Health Care Act, prohibits governmental entities from enacting or implementing any requirement or limitation that substantially burdens reproductive health services, drugs, devices, or information. The Act allows exceptions if the governmental entity can demonstrate that the burden furthers a compelling interest and is the least restrictive means of doing so.
