This bill revises the requirements for mobile crisis teams in Nevada, removing the need for teams to be based in a specific jurisdiction and altering the composition of these teams. Teams can now be established by the Division of Public and Behavioral Health, providers of emergency medical services, or law enforcement agencies. The revised teams must include professionals qualified in behavioral health and, if established by law enforcement, must also include law enforcement officers.
