Nevada AB379 allocates $1 from the State General Fund to the College of Southern Nevada for the development of its Northwest Campus, including the Center for Excellence in Public Safety. The funds must not be spent after June 30, 2027, and any remaining funds must be reverted to the State General Fund by September 17, 2027. The act becomes effective on July 1, 2025.
