Nevada AB373 revises fees for limited-liability companies, reducing them if an initial member or manager has received unemployment compensation.

Nevada AB373 amends the fees associated with limited-liability companies. It reduces the filing fee for the original articles of organization and the initial list of managers or members to $25 if an initial member or manager has received unemployment compensation within the 7 days before filing. The bill also reduces the fee for amending or restating the articles of organization, amending the registration of a foreign company, or filing a certificate of correction to $175. Additionally, it sets the fee for filing the articles of dissolution at $25.
