Nevada AB372 clarifies voting eligibility requirements for state elections.

Nevada AB372 amends the Nevada Revised Statutes to clarify that only U.S. citizens who are 18 years of age or older, have continuously resided in Nevada, and have registered to vote are entitled to vote in state elections. The bill specifies that eligible persons can register to vote if their 18th birthday or required residency is on or before the next election. This act becomes effective upon passage and approval.
