Nevada AB356 amends collective bargaining agreement provisions for state employees. It mandates the Governor to designate a representative for negotiations, which must start by June 1 of each even-numbered year. If negotiations do not yield an agreement within 120 days or by October 1, a mediator can be requested. If mediation fails within 10 days, arbitration begins by October 15. The arbitrator must render a decision by November 5.
