Nevada AB35 revises provisions relating to pornography involving minors.

Nevada AB35 amends the definition of "sexual offense" to include acts upon a child involving pornography and a minor. It prohibits the receipt, distribution, production, possession, or access of obscene items or materials depicting a child in sexual conduct. It also prohibits a court from ordering a psychological or psychiatric examination of a victim or witness of such offenses. The bill makes certain registration and community notification requirements applicable to a juvenile adjudicated delinquent for committing such offenses.
