Nevada AB322 prohibits associations from banning small child care establishments in common-interest communities.

Nevada AB322 amends existing law to ensure that associations of common-interest communities cannot prohibit unit owners or tenants from operating small child care establishments within their units. The bill defines a small child care establishment as one that provides care for children outside the home, for monetary compensation, in the absence of the children's parents or guardians, for at least six hours a day, four days a week, and over three consecutive weeks.
