AB29

Revises provisions relating to motor vehicle fuel. (BDR 51-271)

Complete·6/3/25

Nevada AB29 revises motor vehicle fuel advertisement and labeling requirements.

Nevada AB29 amends existing law to revise requirements for advertising and labeling motor vehicle fuel. It mandates that pumps and dispensers at fuel sites display the price, grade, and octane rating of available fuels. It requires that ethanol flex fuel, biodiesel, and biodiesel blends be labeled accordingly. The bill also specifies that if a fuel is sold at different prices based on conditions such as payment method or discounts, the advertising medium must clearly state these conditions.
