Revises benefits for Nevada militia members injured or killed on state active duty.

This bill amends Nevada law to ensure that members of the state militia and their dependents receive compensation and benefits equivalent to federal benefits if the member is wounded, injured, disabled, or killed while on state active duty. The compensation is based on the member's average income from the year before the injury or death, and it cannot exceed the maximum amount prescribed by the Nevada Industrial Insurance Act or the Nevada Occupational Diseases Act.
