Nevada AB235 amends existing law to allow additional individuals to request that personal information in government records be kept confidential. Specifically, the bill allows health care providers who practice in reproductive health, employees or volunteers of health care facilities that provide reproductive health services, providers of gender-affirming care, and their family members to request confidentiality.
